Dr. Paul Scully is a General practitioner and Sports exercise medicine practitioner. He completed medical training in University College Cork and completed specialist General practice training with the Irish College of General Practice within the Mid-West area.

Prior to undertaking medical studies Dr. Scully worked as a post-doctoral clinical trial research fellow in University College Cork, and continues to be actively involved in research with University of Limerick within the Department of Paediatrics and Physical education and Sports Science.
